Courses & Workshops

Learning through understanding and experience

In addition to my individual clinical work, I enjoy writing, developing and delivering programs that explore psychology, yoga, health and the complexities of the human experience. Through articles, online courses and workshops, I hope to encourage curiosity, reflection and a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

Private Yoga

Personalised practice, at your own place and pace

Yoga has been part of my personal and professional life for many years. While psychotherapy is now the primary focus of my work, I continue to enjoy sharing yoga through individual sessions.

Private sessions are responsive to your interests, experience and needs. Depending on your preferences, they may draw on trauma-sensitive yoga, restorative practices, Yoga Nidra, meditation and mindful movement.

Private yoga is available by arrangement, rather than through a regular timetable.
